Pattaya Sports Club and Bunker Boys Join Forces to Support Education, Donating Over THB 170,000 for a New Kindergarten Playground at Wat Suthawas
On Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., a ceremony was held at Wat Suthawas School to officially open a new playground for kindergarten-level students. The event was attended by Mr. Somchok Yindeesuk, Deputy Mayor of Nongprue Municipality, along with municipal council members, school administrators, members of the school committee, teachers, and local residents. The Pattaya Sports Club delegation, led by Mr. Tim Nigh, President of the Association, Mr. Rolf Rueegg, Public Relations Chairman, Ms. Kruawan Lasander (Joy), Vice President of Charity, and Ms. Pratthana Thongchup (Erika), Secretary, joined forces with the Bunker Boys Golf Society, led by Mr. Tony Robbins, to provide more than THB 170,000 in support. The contribution was used to construct the playground, install artificial grass and playground equipment, as well as replace and improve the roof of the school building, creating a more suitable environment for young children’s learning and activities.
The new playground was developed as a dedicated space to support learning and development among kindergarten students, with play serving as an important part of the learning process. Through play, children can develop physical movement, balance, and coordination, while also learning communication, sharing, taking turns, and cooperating with others. Appropriate play activities also encourage children to think independently and develop problem-solving skills through different situations. These experiences contribute to children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development, while teachers and caregivers continue to provide appropriate supervision to ensure safety.
The opening of the playground reflects the cooperation of various sectors in supporting education and improving the quality of life for children in the local community. The collaboration between the local government, school, private sector, sports organizations, and community members not only provides children with a creative and safe space, but also helps create a positive educational environment from an early age. The project demonstrates the power of community participation in supporting schools and giving young children an opportunity to grow in a safe, supportive environment while developing their skills and potential for the next stages of their education.

เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 29 กันยายน 2569 เวลา 15.00 น. ที่โรงเรียนวัดสุทธาวาส มีพิธีเปิดสนามเครื่องเล่นระดับปฐมวัย โดยมีนายสมโชค ยินดีสุข รองนายกเทศมนตรีเมืองหนองปรือ พร้อมด้วยสมาชิกสภาเทศบาล ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา คณะครู และประชาชนในพื้นที่ ร่วมกิจกรรม ขณะที่สมาคมพัทยาสปอร์ตคลับ นำโดย มิสเตอร์ทิม ไนค์ นายกสมาคมฯ มิสเตอร์ล๊อฟ รือเอก ประธานฝ่ายประชาสัมพันธ์ นางสาวเครือวัลย์ ลาซานเดอร์ (คุณจอย) รองประธานฝ่ายการกุศล และนางสาวปรารถนา ทองชุบ (เอริก้า) เลขาสมาคมฯ ร่วมกับชมรมกอล์ฟ Bunker Boy นำโดย Mr. Tony Robbins สนับสนุนงบประมาณกว่า 170,000 บาท สำหรับจัดสร้างสนามเด็กเล่น ปูพื้นหญ้าเทียม ติดตั้งเครื่องเล่น รวมถึงปรับปรุงเปลี่ยนหลังคาอาคารเรียน เพื่อยกระดับสภาพแวดล้อมให้เหมาะสมกับการเรียนรู้และการทำกิจกรรมของเด็กเล็ก
สนามเครื่องเล่นแห่งใหม่นี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเป็นพื้นที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของเด็กระดับปฐมวัย โดยใช้ “การเล่น” เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกระบวนการเรียนรู้ เด็กสามารถฝึกการเคลื่อนไหว การทรงตัว การประสานงานของร่างกาย ตลอดจนเรียนรู้การสื่อสาร การแบ่งปัน การรอคอย และการทำกิจกรรมร่วมกับผู้อื่น ขณะเดียวกันกิจกรรมการเล่นที่เหมาะสมยังเปิดโอกาสให้เด็กได้ใช้ความคิดและแก้ไขปัญหาจากสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ ด้วยตนเอง ซึ่งล้วนเป็นทักษะพื้นฐานสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาทั้งด้านร่างกาย อารมณ์ จิตใจ สังคม และสติปัญญา โดยมีครูและผู้ดูแลคอยกำกับดูแลเรื่องความปลอดภัยอย่างเหมาะสม
การเปิดสนามเด็กเล่นครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความร่วมมือของหลายภาคส่วนในการร่วมพัฒนาการศึกษาและคุณภาพชีวิตของเด็กในพื้นที่ ทั้งองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น สถานศึกษา ภาคเอกชน ชมรมกีฬา และประชาชนในชุมชน โดยนอกจากจะช่วยเพิ่มพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์สำหรับเด็กแล้ว ยังเป็นการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมทางการศึกษาที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ตั้งแต่วัยเริ่มต้น และแสดงให้เห็นถึงพลังของการมีส่วนร่วมในการสนับสนุนสถานศึกษา เพื่อให้เด็ก ๆ ได้เติบโตในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสม ปลอดภัย และมีโอกาสพัฒนาศักยภาพของตนเองอย่างเต็มที่
