Rotary Club of Utapao International organizes “VIBECATION 2026” Blending Learning, Relaxation and Scholarship Giving, Building Networks and Driving Rotary Toward Sustainability
On September 12–13, 2026 at Ocean Marina Resort Pattaya Jomtien, Rotary Club of Utapao International led by President Dolhathai Kwanphrai organized “VIBECATION 2026” under the concept “Vibrant, Vibe, Vacation.” The event was honored by District Governor Itthiphon Kanjanapimol as the presiding chair, together with Anne Nuanprang Kanjanapimol, Past District Governor of Rotary District 3340, as well as Rotary club leaders and members from various clubs across District 3340. The event provided an energetic platform for sharing experiences and ideas on advancing Rotary initiatives, with contributions from Past District Governors Wiwat Srisompong, Asst. Prof. Dr. Jareesri Kulsiripanyo, Ratprateep Keertiuarai, Prateep Singh Marotra, and Ekanarong Kongphan.
VIBECATION 2026 aimed to transform the traditional format of training and seminars into an engaging experience that combines capacity building, knowledge and experience sharing, relaxation, and friendship among members. The event was designed to prepare members for the new Rotary administrative year, with discussions and strategic planning focused on three key areas: Membership, The Rotary Foundation, and Public Image. These areas covered strengthening member recruitment and retention, promoting understanding and engagement with the mission of The Rotary Foundation, and enhancing communication and public relations to showcase club achievements and reach a wider audience and society.
The event also provided opportunities for members from different clubs to exchange perspectives, experiences, and fresh ideas, which could be developed into practical action plans tailored to the context of each club. At the same time, members strengthened their friendships and relationships through a Sunset Yacht Cruise, enjoying the beautiful Pattaya seascape. The program also featured the installation ceremony of the new Board of Directors of Rotary U-Tapao International for the new administrative year, under the concept “Creating Impact, Building Sustainable Value.”
Another highlight was the scholarship presentation ceremony for eight nursing students from Panyapiwat Institute of Management who demonstrated academic excellence but faced financial difficulties. Each student received a scholarship of 5,000 baht. The event also included the presentation of Paul Harris Fellow awards to recognize and honor individuals who have made significant contributions to and supported the mission of The Rotary Foundation: Dr. Olivia Meyer, Past District Governor of Rotary District 3340; President Dolhathai Kwanphrai, President of Rotary Club of Utapao International; and Ms. Lalinda Siripornmanat, Founding President of Rotary Club of Utapao International.
The event concluded with the VIBECATION Party, reflecting the organizers’ vision that this gathering should be more than just a meeting or seminar. It was designed as a space to recharge, gain new perspectives, build networks, and strengthen friendships among Rotary members. Together, these efforts aim to enhance the capacity of Rotary clubs, making them stronger, more vibrant, and better able to create meaningful and sustainable benefits for communities and society.
โรตารีอู่ตะเภาฯ จัด “VIBECATION 2026” ผสานเรียนรู้–พักผ่อน–มอบทุน สร้างเครือข่าย ขับเคลื่อนงานโรตารีสู่ความยั่งยืน
เมื่อวันที่ 12–13 กันยายน 2569 ที่ Ocean Marina Resort Pattaya Jomtien สโมสรโรตารีอู่ตะเภา อินเตอร์เนชันแนล นำโดย นย.ดลหทัย ขวัญพราย นายกสโมสรฯ จัดกิจกรรม “VIBECATION 2026” ภายใต้แนวคิด “Vibrant, Vibe, Vacation” โดยมี ผวภ.อิทธิพล กาญจนพิมล ให้เกียรติเป็นประธาน พร้อมด้วย แอนน์ นวลปรางค์ กาญจนพิมล อดีตผู้ว่าการภาค 3340 ผู้บริหาร และสมาชิกสโมสรโรตารีจากหลายสโมสรในภาค 3340 เข้าร่วมอย่างคึกคัก พร้อมร่วมถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์และแนวคิดในการพัฒนางานโรตารี อาทิ อผภ.วิวัฒน์ ศรีสมพงษ์ อผภ.ผศ.ดร.จารีศรี กุลศิริปัญโญ อผภ.รัฐประทีป กีรติอุไร อผภ.ประทีป ซิงห์ มาโรตรา และ อผภ.เอกณรงค์ กองพันธ์
กิจกรรม VIBECATION 2026 มีเป้าหมายปรับรูปแบบการเรียนรู้จากการอบรมและสัมมนาแบบเดิม สู่กิจกรรมที่ผสมผสานการพัฒนาศักยภาพ การแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ การพักผ่อน และการสร้างมิตรภาพระหว่างสมาชิก เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการขับเคลื่อนงานโรตารีในปีบริหารใหม่ โดยเน้นการระดมความคิดเห็นและวางแนวทางพัฒนาสโมสรใน 3 ด้านสำคัญ ได้แก่ Membership, The Rotary Foundation และ Public Image ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การสร้างและรักษาสมาชิกให้มีความเข้มแข็ง การส่งเสริมความเข้าใจและการมีส่วนร่วมในภารกิจของมูลนิธิโรตารี ตลอดจนการยกระดับการสื่อสารและประชาสัมพันธ์ผลงานของสโมสรให้เข้าถึงประชาชนและสังคมในวงกว้าง
นอกจากนี้ ยังเปิดโอกาสให้สมาชิกจากหลากหลายสโมสรได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมอง ประสบการณ์ และแนวคิดใหม่ ๆ เพื่อนำไปต่อยอดเป็นแผนงานที่สามารถปฏิบัติได้จริง และสอดคล้องกับบริบทของแต่ละสโมสร ขณะเดียวกันยังมีกิจกรรมสร้างมิตรภาพและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมาชิกผ่าน Sunset Yacht Cruise ล่องเรือชมบรรยากาศทะเลพัทยา พร้อมจัดพิธีสถาปนาคณะกรรมการบริหารสโมสรโรตารีอู่ตะเภา อินเตอร์เนชันแนล ประจำปีบริหารใหม่ ภายใต้แนวคิด “สร้างงาน สู่คุณค่า ที่ยั่งยืน”
ภายในงานยังมีพิธีมอบทุนการศึกษาแก่นักศึกษาพยาบาล สถาบันปัญญาภิวัฒน์ ซึ่งเป็นผู้เรียนดีแต่ขาดแคลนทุนทรัพย์ จำนวน 8 ทุน ทุนละ 5,000 บาทพร้อมพิธีมอบเหรียญ Paul Harris Fellow เพื่อยกย่องและเชิดชูเกียรติผู้ที่มีคุณูปการและสนับสนุนภารกิจของมูลนิธิโรตารี ได้แก่ ดร.โอลิเวีย เมเยอร์ อดีตผู้ว่าการภาคโรตารีภาค 3340, นย.ดลหทัย ขวัญพราย นายกสโมสรฯ และคุณลลินดา ศิริพรมนัส นายกก่อตั้งสโมสรโรตารีอู่ตะเภา อินเตอร์เนชันแนล
ก่อนปิดท้ายด้วย VIBECATION Party ซึ่งสะท้อนแนวคิดของผู้จัดที่ต้องการให้กิจกรรมครั้งนี้เป็นมากกว่าการประชุมหรือสัมมนา แต่เป็นพื้นที่สำหรับเติมพลัง เปิดมุมมองใหม่ สร้างเครือข่าย และหลอมรวมมิตรภาพของสมาชิกโรตารี เพื่อร่วมกันยกระดับศักยภาพของสโมสรให้มีความเข้มแข็ง มีชีวิตชีวา และสามารถสร้างประโยชน์ที่เป็นรูปธรรมแก่ชุมชนและสังคมได้อย่างยั่งยืน
