Rotary Club Global Pattaya Hosts Annual Fundraising Gala to Support the Community
On September 5th 2026 at the 17th-floor function room of the Hilton Pattaya, Mr. Brett Beadelson, President of the Rotary Club Global Pattaya, together with the club’s board members, hosted the “Annual Fundraising Gala”, an annual charitable fundraising event held in a formal Gala Dinner setting. The evening brought together distinguished guests, several former District Governors, and members of Rotary partner clubs within Rotary District 3340, including the Rotary Club of Eastern Seaboard, Rotary Club of Plutaluang, Rotary Club of U-Tapao, Rotary Club of Pattaya, and several other partner clubs. Their strong participation reflected the spirit of cooperation among the Rotary network in supporting community and social development initiatives. Guests attended in elegant suits and evening dresses, with welcome drinks and wine provided, while tickets were priced at 2,200 baht per person.
The key purpose of the event went beyond social networking and fellowship. It focused on mobilizing support for ongoing community initiatives, particularly the clean drinking water filtration system project for schools in need. The project aims to provide students with access to safe and clean drinking water, reduce the financial burden on schools for purchasing drinking water, and promote better health and quality of life for children and young people in the community. At the same time, the initiative helps reduce the use of single-use plastic water bottles, supporting environmental conservation and raising awareness about plastic waste reduction within schools. It represents a meaningful way of transforming fundraising efforts into tangible benefits for local communities.
The Rotary Club Global Pattaya, together with its partner network, has already installed clean drinking water systems at a number of schools, with the latest project being at Pattaya City School 7. The initiative not only addresses the fundamental need for safe drinking water but also contributes to building a stronger foundation for the health, education, and environmental well-being of young people in the long term. The Annual Fundraising Gala was therefore much more than an elegant evening of fellowship; it served as a platform for businesses, Rotarians and generous supporters to come together and turn the spirit of “giving” into meaningful opportunities and a better quality of life for children and communities.

เมื่อวันที่ 5 ก.ย. 2569 ณ ห้องจัดเลี้ยงชั้น 17 โรงแรม Hilton Pattaya นายเบรตต์ บีเดิลสัน ประธานสโมสรโรตารีคลับโกลบอลพัทยา พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการ จัดงาน “Annual Fundraising Gala” หรือกาลาระดมทุนการกุศลประจำปี ในรูปแบบ Gala Dinner ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศหรูหราและเป็นกันเอง โดยมีแขกผู้มีเกียรติ อดีตผู้ว่าการภาค และสมาชิกสโมสรโรตารีพันธมิตรในภาค 3340 เข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง อาทิ โรตารีอีสเทิร์นซีบอร์ด โรตารีพลูตาหลวง โรตารีอู่ตะเภา สโมสรโรตารีพัทยา และสโมสรโรตารีพันธมิตรอีกหลายแห่ง สะท้อนความร่วมมือของเครือข่ายโรตารีในการขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคม โดยผู้เข้าร่วมงานแต่งกายด้วยชุดสูทและชุดราตรี พร้อมเครื่องดื่มต้อนรับและไวน์ ขณะที่บัตรเข้าร่วมงานราคา 2,200 บาทต่อท่าน
หัวใจสำคัญของงานไม่ได้อยู่เพียงการพบปะสังสรรค์ แต่คือการระดมพลังเพื่อสานต่อภารกิจด้านสังคม โดยเฉพาะโครงการติดตั้งระบบกรองน้ำดื่มสะอาดให้แก่โรงเรียนที่ขาดแคลน เพื่อให้นักเรียนสามารถเข้าถึงน้ำดื่มที่สะอาดและปลอดภัย ลดภาระค่าใช้จ่ายของโรงเรียนในการจัดหาน้ำดื่ม รวมถึงส่งเสริมสุขภาพและคุณภาพชีวิตของเด็กและเยาวชนในพื้นที่ ขณะเดียวกันยังช่วยลดการใช้ขวดน้ำพลาสติกแบบใช้ครั้งเดียวทิ้ง สอดคล้องกับแนวทางการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมและการสร้างจิตสำนึกเรื่องการลดขยะภายในสถานศึกษา ถือเป็นการนำเงินและพลังจากกิจกรรมระดมทุนมาต่อยอดเป็นประโยชน์ที่จับต้องได้ต่อชุมชน
สำหรับโครงการดังกล่าว สโมสรโรตารีคลับโกลบอลพัทยาและเครือข่ายพันธมิตรได้ดำเนินการติดตั้งระบบน้ำดื่มสะอาดมาแล้วในหลายสถานศึกษา และ ล่าสุดที่โรงเรียนเมืองพัทยา 7 ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งพื้นที่ที่ได้รับประโยชน์จากโครงการ ซึ่งนอกจากจะช่วยแก้ปัญหาการเข้าถึงน้ำดื่มที่ปลอดภัยแล้ว ยังเป็นการวางรากฐานด้านสุขภาพ การศึกษา และสิ่งแวดล้อมให้กับเยาวชนในระยะยาว โดยงาน Annual Fundraising Gala จึงเป็นมากกว่าค่ำคืนแห่งการพบปะ แต่เป็นเวทีที่ภาคธุรกิจ สมาชิกโรตารี และผู้มีจิตศรัทธาได้ร่วมกันเปลี่ยน “การให้” ให้กลายเป็นโอกาสและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นของเด็กและชุมชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
