Pattaya Travel Mart & MICE 2026 Opens to Boost Tourism Business Opportunities and Drive Local Economic Growth
On the afternoon of July 16th 2026, at The Zign Hotel Pattaya, Chonburi, Mr. Siwat Boonkerd, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Pattaya City, welcomed participants to the Pattaya Travel Mart & MICE 2026 event.
The event attracted strong participation from both the public and private sectors, including the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the Chonburi Tourism Federation, the Chonburi Provincial Tourism Office, tourism operators, and members of the media. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Wittaya Khunpluem, President of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, who emphasized the importance of collaboration among all sectors to stimulate tourism, generate income, and drive sustainable economic growth in the region.
During the event, Dr. Suratsanu Thongmee, Deputy Director of the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), highlighted the bureau’s support for the event and its ongoing efforts to promote Thailand—particularly Pattaya—as a leading international destination for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE).
Mr. Siwat Boonkerd noted that the event provides an important platform for tourism entrepreneurs to meet, exchange ideas, build partnerships, and expand business opportunities through Business Matching activities. The event also serves to promote the tourism potential of Pattaya City and Chonburi Province to a wider audience, strengthening the region’s reputation and supporting continued growth of the tourism industry in the years ahead.

ช่วงบ่าย (16 กรกฎาคม 2569) ณ โรงแรมเดอะซายน์ พัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี นายศิวัช บุญเกิด รองปลัดเมืองพัทยา กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน Pattaya Travel Mart & MICE 2026 โดยมีหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน อาทิ การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย สมาพันธุ์การท่องเที่ยวชลบุรี ท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดชลบุรี ผู้ประกอบการท่องเที่ยว และสื่อมวลชน เข้าร่วมอย่างคึกคัก
โดยมีนายวิทยา คุณปลื้ม นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดฯ พร้อมเน้นถึงความสำคัญของการร่วมมือกันทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อช่วยกระตุ้นการท่องเที่ยว สร้างรายได้ และขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจของพื้นที่ให้เติบโต
ขณะเดียวกัน ดร.สุรัชสานุ์ ทองมี รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) ได้กล่าวถึงการสนับสนุนการจัดงาน รวมถึงการผลักดันประเทศไทย โดยเฉพาะเมืองพัทยา ให้ก้าวสู่การเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางด้านการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (MICE) ในระดับนานาชาติ
ทั้งนี้ รองปลัดเมืองพัทยา กล่าวว่า การจัดงานครั้งนี้นับเป็นโอกาสสำคัญที่ผู้ประกอบการด้านการท่องเที่ยวจะได้มาพบปะ พูดคุย แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น และต่อยอดความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจ ผ่านกิจกรรมเจรจาธุรกิจ (Business Matching) พร้อมทั้งร่วมกันประชาสัมพันธ์ศักยภาพด้านการท่องเที่ยวของเมืองพัทยาและจังหวัดชลบุรี ให้เป็นที่รู้จักในวงกว้างยิ่งขึ้น และขับเคลื่อนสู่การเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่องในอนาคต
