Nongprue & PSC Launch Weekly Program for Special Needs Children
On May 21st, 2026 at the Ban Eua Arthorn Nong Mai Kaen Community Center building, an activity was organized to enhance the potential and promote the health of children with special needs. The event aimed to provide these children with opportunities to develop holistically in physical, emotional, social, and intellectual aspects, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Winai Inphithak, Mayor of Nongprue Municipality, together with Mr. Wanchai Saengngam, Deputy Mayor of Nongprue Municipality, municipal council members, heads of government departments and representatives from related agencies.
The activity focused on improving movement skills, encouraging exercise and promoting age-appropriate healthcare for children with special needs. In addition, parents were provided with knowledge and guidance on proper care and developmental support for their children, with the goal of improving the long-term quality of life for both the children and their families.
Furthermore, the project created opportunities for children with special needs to learn how to live and interact with others, practice social skills, and build self-confidence through activities specially designed to suit each child’s developmental stage. This initiative represents another important step toward building an inclusive and compassionate society that leaves no one behind.
On this occasion, Mr. Roff Ruegg, Public Relations Chairman of the Pattaya Sports Club Association, together with his team, supported lunch for 50 children with special needs and their parents. These activities will continue to be held every Thursday to provide encouragement, warmth, and stronger relationships among families of children with special needs in the community.
This event reflects the power of cooperation between the public sector and supporters in creating opportunities for children with special needs to access appropriate development, while encouraging them to grow with quality of life, happiness, and dignity within society.
เทศบาลเมืองหนองปรือร่วมสมาคมพัทยาสปอร์ตคลับเปิดโครงการ “เติมรอยยิ้มและโอกาส” พัฒนาเด็กพิเศษทุกสัปดาห์ เสริมทักษะ-สุขภาพ สร้างกำลังใจให้ครอบครัว
เมื่อวันที่ 21 พฤษภาคม 2569 ที่ อาคารศูนย์ชุมชนบ้านเอื้ออาทรหนองไม้แก่น ได้มีการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างพัฒนาศักยภาพและส่งเสริมสุขภาพเด็กพิเศษ เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้เด็กพิเศษได้พัฒนาศักยภาพอย่างรอบด้าน ทั้งด้านร่างกาย อารมณ์ สังคม และสติปัญญา ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง โดยมี นายวินัย อินทร์พิทักษ์ นายกเทศมนตรีเมืองหนองปรือเป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงานพร้อมด้วย นายวันชัย แสนงาม รองนายกเทศมนตรีเมืองหนองปรือ สมาชิกสภาเทศบาล หัวหน้าส่วนราชการหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม
ซึ่งกิจกรรมดังกล่าวมุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างทักษะการเคลื่อนไหว การออกกำลังกาย และการดูแลสุขภาพให้เหมาะสมกับวัยของเด็กพิเศษ พร้อมทั้งให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ปกครองเกี่ยวกับการดูแลและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการของบุตรหลานอย่างถูกวิธี เพื่อช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของทั้งเด็กและครอบครัวในระยะยาว
นอกจากนี้ ภายในโครงการยังเปิดพื้นที่ให้เด็กพิเศษได้เรียนรู้การอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่น ฝึกการเข้าสังคม และสร้างความมั่นใจในตนเอง ผ่านกิจกรรมที่ออกแบบให้เหมาะสมกับพัฒนาการของเด็กแต่ละคน ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญในการสร้างสังคมแห่งความเข้าใจและไม่ทอดทิ้งกัน
ทั้งนี้ Mr. Roff Ruegg (ล๊อฟ รือเอก) ประธานฝ่ายประชาสัมพันธ์สมาคมพัทยาสปอร์ตคลับ พร้อมทีมงาน ได้ร่วมสนับสนุนอาหารกลางวันให้แก่เด็กพิเศษและผู้ปกครองจำนวน 50 คน ซึ่งกิจกรรมดังกล่าวจะจัดขึ้นเป็นประจำทุกวันพฤหัสบดี เพื่อเติมเต็มกำลังใจ สร้างความอบอุ่น และเชื่อมความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างครอบครัวเด็กพิเศษในชุมชน
การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงพลังความร่วมมือของภาคประชาชนและผู้สนับสนุนที่ร่วมกันสร้างโอกาสให้เด็กพิเศษได้เข้าถึงการพัฒนาอย่างเหมาะสม พร้อมผลักดันให้พวกเขาเติบโตอย่างมีคุณภาพและมีความสุขในสังคมต่อไป
