TMN Staff Party 2026 Cowboy Theme Adds Color and Strengthens Unity
On January 22nd 2026, Thipmanee Media Network Co., Ltd. held its annual New Year staff party under the theme “TMN Staff Party 2026” at the company’s service center in Nong Prue Municipality. The event was organized to boost staff morale and strengthen positive relationships within the organization.
The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Somsin Thipmanee, Chairman of the Executive Board, who presided over the ceremony, along with the management team including Mr. Siamrat Thipmanee and Ms. Sucharat Thipmanee, General Managers, as well as Ms. Tatsanee Thipmanee, Director of Television Program and News Production. Employees from all departments attended the event in unity.
In addition, several distinguished guests joined the celebration, including Mr. Pramote Phatthanasin, along with senior figures and other honored guests. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and filled with cheer.
This year’s party was held under a “Cowboy” theme, adding vibrant colors and smiles to the event. A variety of fun activities were organized, such as a fancy-dress contest, consolation prizes, ranking awards, gift giveaways, and special lucky draws throughout the evening, creating enjoyment and lasting impressions for all staff members.
On the occasion of the New Year 2026, Mr. Somsin Thipmanee, Chairman of the Executive Board, delivered an inspiring speech and extended New Year wishes to all employees. He emphasized the importance of unity, teamwork, and collective organizational development in order to move forward steadily and sustainably into the future.

เมื่อวันที่ 22 มกราคม 2569 บริษัท ทิพย์มณี มีเดีย เน็ตเวิร์ค จำกัด จัดงานเลี้ยงภายในต้อนรับปีใหม่ ภายใต้ชื่องาน “TMN Staff Party 2026” ณ ศูนย์บริการ บริษัท ทิพย์มณี มีเดีย เน็ตเวิร์ค จำกัด เทศบาลเมืองหนองปรือ เพื่อสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจให้กับพนักงาน พร้อมเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีภายในองค์กร
ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณสมสิน ทิพย์มณี ประธานกรรมการบริหารบริษัท เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร อาทิ คุณสยามรัช ทิพย์มณี และ คุณสุชารัตน์ ทิพย์มณี ผู้จัดการทั่วไป รวมถึง นางสาวทัศนีย์ ทิพย์มณี ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายผลิตรายการโทรทัศน์และข่าว ตลอดจนพนักงานจากทุกฝ่ายเข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีแขกผู้มีเกียรติร่วมแสดงความยินดี อาทิ คุณปราโมทย์ พัฒนสิน รวมถึงผู้หลักผู้ใหญ่และแขกผู้มีเกียรติอีกหลายท่าน บรรยากาศเป็นไปอย่างอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง
สำหรับงานเลี้ยงในปีนี้มาใน ธีม “คาวบอย” สร้างสีสันและรอยยิ้มให้กับผู้ร่วมงาน โดยมีกิจกรรมร่วมสนุกมากมาย อาทิ การประกวดชุดแฟนซี การมอบรางวัลชมเชย รางวัลจัดอันดับ รวมถึงการแจกของขวัญและจับฉลากรางวัลพิเศษตลอดทั้งงาน สร้างความสนุกสนานและความประทับใจให้กับพนักงานอย่างเต็มที่
ทั้งนี้ ในโอกาสขึ้นปีใหม่ พ.ศ. 2569 คุณสมสิน ทิพย์มณี ประธานกรรมการบริหารบริษัท ได้กล่าวให้โอวาทและอวยพรแก่พนักงานทุกฝ่าย พร้อมเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของความสามัคคี การทำงานเป็นทีม และการร่วมกันพัฒนาองค์กร เพื่อก้าวเดินไปข้างหน้าอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืนในอนาคต
