Pattaya Monitors Sidewalk and Streetlight Improvement Project on Pattaya Third Road, Emphasizing Safety and Tourism Image
In the afternoon of January 22nd 2026, Mr. Poramase Ngampichet, Mayor of Pattaya City, conducted an on-site inspection to monitor the progress of the sidewalk and streetlight improvement project on Pattaya Third Road at the Go-Kart Pattaya area (Bali Hai Cape). He was accompanied by Mr. Phumiphat Kamolnat, Secretary to the Mayor of Pattaya City, relevant officials, and the project contractor, who jointly provided information.
The project begins from the Bali Hai Cape Clock Tower and extends to the Prinya Intersection in North Pattaya, covering a total distance of approximately 10.6 kilometers. At present, around 4 kilometers of the project have been completed, and full completion is expected by September 2026.
Mr. Poramase, Mayor of Pattaya City, stated, “The sidewalk and streetlight improvement project on Pattaya Third Road is an important initiative to enhance the image of Pattaya City. I urge the contractor to carry out the work carefully, with the safety of residents and tourists as the top priority. The construction areas should be properly organized to minimize impacts on traffic and ensure the project is completed according to the planned schedule.”

ช่วงบ่าย (22 ม.ค. 2569) นายปรเมศวร์ งามพิเชษฐ์ นายกเมืองพัทยา ลงพื้นที่ตรวจความคืบหน้าโครงการปรับปรุงทางเท้าและไฟส่องสว่างพัทยาสาย 3 ณ บริเวณโกคาร์ทพัทยา (แหลมบาลีฮาย) พร้อมด้วยนายภูมิพิพัฒน์ กมลนาถ เลขานุการนายกเมืองพัทยา เจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และผู้รับจ้างฯ ร่วมให้ข้อมูล
โครงการดังกล่าวมีจุดเริ่มต้นการปรับปรุงตั้งแต่ หอนาฬิกาแหลมบาลีฮาย ไปจนถึงแยกปริญญา พัทยาเหนือ รวมระยะทางประมาณ 10.6 กิโลเมตร ปัจจุบันดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จไปแล้วประมาณ 4 กิโลเมตร และคาดว่าจะแล้วเสร็จทั้งหมดในช่วง เดือนกันยายน 2569
ด้านนายปรเมศวร์ นายกเมืองพัทยา กล่าวว่า“โครงการปรับปรุงทางเท้าและไฟส่องสว่างพัทยาสาย 3 เป็นโครงการสำคัญในการยกระดับภาพลักษณ์เมืองพัทยา ขอให้ผู้รับจ้างดำเนินงานด้วยความรอบคอบ คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยของประชาชนและนักท่องเที่ยวเป็นอันดับแรก พร้อมทั้งจัดระเบียบพื้นที่ก่อสร้างให้เรียบร้อย ลดผลกระทบต่อการสัญจร และดำเนินงานให้แล้วเสร็จตามแผนที่กำหนดไว้”โดยเมืองพัทยามุ่งหวังให้โครงการดังกล่าวช่วยเพิ่มความสะดวก ปลอดภัย และรองรับการใช้งานของประชาชน นักท่องเที่ยว และผู้ใช้พื้นที่ตลอดแนวถนนพัทยาสาย 3 ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
