2 Million Baht of Compassion! Rotary E-Club Dolphin Pattaya Supports the Prosthetic Legs Project Privy Councilor Kasem Presents 116 Prosthetic Legs to Persons with Disabilities
November 21st2025 at Thepharak Municipality in Samut Prakan Province, Professor Emeritus Dr. Kasem Wattanachai, Privy Councilor and Chairman of the Prostheses Foundation of H.R.H. the Princess Mother, presided over the ceremony to present royal-granted prosthetic legs to amputees in Samut Prakan and nearby areas. The event was held under the 175th Mobile Prosthetic Leg Unit Project. Samut Prakan Governor Mr. Supamit Chinnasri expressed his gratitude to all supporters for helping create this vital opportunity for persons with disabilities to regain confidence in their daily lives.
The atmosphere was filled with emotion and renewed hope for the amputees who received their prosthetic legs. Representatives from various sectors continued to support the activity, including Dr. Margret Deter from the Rotary E-Club Dolphin Pattaya International, who donated 2,000,000 baht. She was joined by Khun Chananda Kongpol, Assistant District Governor of Rotary District 3340, along with club members, to further strengthen the mobile unit’s efforts to reach more individuals with disabilities in different areas.
During this 175th mission, the Foundation, in cooperation with Samut Prakan Province, produced a total of 116 royal-granted prosthetic legs and repaired 1 damaged prosthetic, providing services to 121 individuals in total. The event reflects the commitment of all sectors to improving the quality of life of people with disabilities in Thailand, helping them move forward with dignity and stability.

วันที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ที่ เทศบาลตำบลเทพารักษ์ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ศาสตราจารย์เกียรติคุณ นายแพทย์เกษม วัฒนชัย องคมนตรี และประธานกรรมการมูลนิธิขาเทียม ในสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี เป็นประธานในพิธีมอบขาเทียมพระราชทานแก่คนพิการขาขาดในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง ภายใต้โครงการออกหน่วยทำขาเทียมพระราชทานเคลื่อนที่ ครั้งที่ 175 โดยมีนายศุภมิตร ชิณศรี ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ กล่าวขอบคุณผู้สนับสนุนที่ร่วมสร้างโอกาสสำคัญให้ผู้พิการกลับมาใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างมั่นใจอีกครั้ง
บรรยากาศในงานเต็มไปด้วยความซาบซึ้งและความหวังใหม่ของผู้พิการขาขาดที่ได้เข้ารับขาเทียมพระราชทานครั้งนี้ โดยมีผู้แทนจากหลายภาคส่วนร่วมสนับสนุนกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง หนึ่งในนั้นคือ Dr. Margret Deter จากสโมสรโรตารีอี-คลับ ดอลฟินพัทยาอินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล ซึ่งได้มอบเงินสนับสนุนจำนวน 2,000,000 บาท ซึ่งมีนางสาวชนัญดา กองพล ผู้ช่วยผู้ว่าการภาคโรตารีสากล ภาค 3340 พร้อมด้วยสมาชิกสโมสรเข้าร่วม เพื่อส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานของโครงการเคลื่อนที่ให้เข้าถึงผู้พิการในพื้นที่ต่างๆ ได้มากยิ่งขึ้น
ในการออกหน่วยครั้งที่ 175 มูลนิธิฯ ร่วมกับจังหวัดสมุทรปราการสามารถจัดทำขาเทียมพระราชทานได้รวมทั้งสิ้น 116 ขา พร้อมซ่อมแซมขาเทียมที่ชำรุดจำนวน 1 ขา รวมมีผู้เข้ารับบริการทั้งสิ้น 121 คน สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของทุกภาคส่วนในการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตผู้พิการไทยให้ก้าวเดินต่อไปได้อย่างมั่นคงและมีศักดิ์ศรี
