Bang Lamung Learning Center joins hands with the HHN Foundation to advance educational development for underprivileged children in Pattaya
On November 4th 2025, the Banglamung District Learning Encouragement (DOLE) in collaboration with Human Help Network Foundation Thailand held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony to promote educational opportunities and improve the quality of life for underprivileged children. The event took place at HHN Learning Center (LC) building.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony marked a collaboration between Banglamung District Learning Encouragement (DOLE) and Human Help Network Foundation Thailand to expand educational opportunities for disadvantaged children and youth who are unable to access the formal education system particularly the children of migrant workers living in Pattaya City.
This cooperation aims to equip children and youth with basic learning skills and essential life skills to improve their quality of life and that of their families. It also ensures that students can obtain educational qualifications recognized by the Ministry of Education of Thailand.
The program has a total duration of six years, divided as follows: Primary Education Curriculum: 2 years, Lower Secondary Education Curriculum: 2 years, Upper Secondary Education Curriculum: 2 years
Applicants must be at least 12 years old and possess preliminary personal identification documents issued by their home country or certified documents recognized by the Thai government.
The signing ceremony was honored by the presence of Khun Pitsamai Longcharoen, Director of Banglamung District Learning Encouragement (DOLE) and Khun Siromes Akrapongpanich, Deputy Director of the Human Help Network Foundation, who jointly signed the academic cooperation agreement.
This partnership aims to enhance the quality of education with the primary goal of improving the quality of life of underprivileged children and youth by providing them with greater access to learning opportunities and personal development.
ศูนย์การเรียนรู้บางละมุงจับมือมูลนิธิ HHN เดินหน้าพัฒนาการศึกษาเด็กด้อยโอกาส พัทยา
เมื่อวันที่ 4 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ศูนย์ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ระดับอำเภอบางละมุง (สกร.) ร่วมกับมูลนิธิ เอช เอช เอ็น เพื่อเด็กไทย จัดพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MOU) ด้านการศึกษา ณ อาคารศูนย์การเรียนรู้ HHN Learning Center (LC) เมืองพัทยา เพื่อส่งเสริมโอกาสทางการศึกษาแก่เด็กและเยาวชนด้อยโอกาส โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มบุตรหลานแรงงานข้ามชาติที่ไม่สามารถเข้าศึกษาในระบบการศึกษาไทยได้อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ
ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้เด็กและเยาวชนกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้เรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ครอบคลุมระดับประถม มัธยมต้น และมัธยมปลาย รวมระยะเวลา 6 ปี พร้อมเน้นพัฒนาทักษะชีวิต ทักษะอาชีพ และการเรียนรู้ขั้นพื้นฐาน เพื่อสร้างความมั่นคงทางการศึกษาและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของตนเองและครอบครัวให้ดีขึ้นในระยะยาว
พิธีลงนามได้รับเกียรติจากนางพิศมัย หลงเจริญ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การเรียนรู้ระดับอำเภอบางละมุง และคุณศิโรเมศร์ อัครพงษ์พานิช รองผู้อำนวยการมูลนิธิ เอช เอช เอ็น เพื่อเด็กไทย ร่วมลงนามข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ โดยทั้งสองหน่วยงานตั้งเป้าให้ “การศึกษาเพื่อทุกคน” เกิดขึ้นจริงในพื้นที่พัทยา สร้างโอกาสใหม่ให้เด็กด้อยโอกาสได้ก้าวสู่อนาคตที่มั่นคงและเท่าเทียมทางการศึกษา.
