Pattaya Host “Explore Chonburi: Creative Cultural Street” Fair, September 24–28, 2025 at Central Pattaya Beach
On September 25th, 2025 at 6:30 PM, Mr. Poramet Ngampichet, Mayor of Pattaya City will attend the official opening ceremony of the “Explore Chonburi: Creative Cultural Street” Fair, with Mr. Phongsathit Pichanan, Deputy Governor of Chonburi, presiding over the event. Ms. Khanueng Khailuernam, Chonburi Provincial Cultural Officer, will deliver the objective report. The event will be joined by the Senior District Officer of Banglamung, members of the Pattaya City Council, members of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization (representing Banglamung District), relevant government officials, private sector representatives, civil society groups, cultural networks, media personnel, and a large number of tourists all gathering at Central Pattaya Beach.
Organized by Pattaya City in collaboration with the Chonburi Provincial Cultural Office, the event is part of a tourism development project aimed at boosting income and elevating Chonburi’s status as a world-class tourism destination. The festival will be held from September 24–28, 2025, with the objective of enhancing cultural tourism and promoting creative cultural streets throughout Chonburi. The event uses the dimensions of religion, art and culture to conserve and perpetuate local heritage, transforming community pride into inspiration, while developing Chonburi’s cultural assets into tourist attractions and economic value drivers. Key Highlights: Visitors can enjoy a range of activities under the concept “See, Taste, Shop, Snap, and Chill”, including: Exploring 11 cultural tourism routes, Participating in workshops showcasing Chonburi’s local wisdom, Tasting authentic local cuisine from all 11 districts of Chonburi, Shopping for handmade and local products from over 100 vendors. Enjoying cultural performances, mini-concerts and the relaxing beachside atmosphere in the evening. Admission is free every day starting from 3:00 PM onwards.

25 ก.ย.68 เวลา 18.30 น. นายปรเมศวร์ งามพิเชษฐ์ นายกเมืองพัทยา ร่วมเปิดงานมหกรรม “เที่ยวเมืองชล ถนนวัฒนธรรมสร้างสรรค์” โดยมีนายพงศ์ธสิษฐ์ ปิจนันท์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดชลบุรี เป็นประธานในพิธี และนางสาวคนึง ไข่ลือนาม วัฒนธรรมจังหวัดชลบุรี กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์ พร้อมกันนี้มีปลัดอาวุโสอำเภอบางละมุง สมาชิกสภาเมืองพัทยา สมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี เขตอำเภอบางละมุง หัวหน้าส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชน รวมทั้งเครือข่ายทางวัฒนธรรม สื่อมวลชน และนักท่องเที่ยว เข้าร่วมงานเป็นจำนวนมาก ณ บริเวณชายหาดพัทยากลาง
เมืองพัทยา ร่วมกับสำนักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดชลบุรี กำหนดจัดงานมหกรรม “เที่ยวเมืองชล ถนนวัฒนธรรมสร้างสรรค์” ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อเพิ่มระดับรายได้ กิจกรรมหลัก ยกระดับให้เป็นจังหวัดท่องเที่ยวที่มีคุณภาพระดับนานาชาติ ระหว่างวันที่ 24-28 กันยายน 2568 ณ บริเวณชายหาดพัทยากลาง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและยกระดับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมและถนนวัฒนธรรมสร้างสรรค์ในจังหวัดชลบุรี ใช้มิติทางศาสนา ศิลปะ และวัฒนธรรม ในการอนุรักษ์และสืบสานมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม จากความภาคภูมิใจของประชาชนในท้องถิ่นสู่แรงบันดาลใจ และพัฒนาต่อยอดให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางวัฒนธรรม และนำทุนทางวัฒนธรรมของท้องถิ่นมาต่อยอดและเพิ่มมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจ สามารถสร้างรายได้ให้แก่ชุมชนและท้องถิ่น ซึ่งภายในงานท่านจะได้พบกับกิจกรรมหลากหลายภายใต้คอนเซ็ปต์ “ชม ชิม ช็อป แชะ ชิล” ชมเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวสายวัฒนธรรมกว่า 11 เส้นทาง และ Workshop ภูมิปัญญาคนชล, ชิมลิ้มลองอาหารท้องถิ่นรสเด็ดจาก 11 อำเภอในชลบุรี, ช็อปกระจายของเด็ดของดีฝีมือคนชลบุรีกว่า 100 ร้านค้า, แชะและแชร์การแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรมสุดอลังการ พร้อมมินิคอนเสิร์ตจากศิลปิน สุดชิลกับบรรยากาศสุดฟินรับลมยามเย็นริมชายหาดพัทยากลาง เข้าชมฟรี ทุกวัน ตั้งแต่เวลา 15.00 น. เป็นต้นไป
ด้านนายปรเมศวร์ นายกเมืองพัทยา กล่าวถึงการจัดงานในครั้งนี้ว่า นับเป็นการแสดงออกถึงความร่วมมือที่เข้มแข็งของเมืองพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี และหน่วยงานเครือข่ายทุกภาคส่วน ที่ได้รวมพลังผลักดันให้เกิดกิจกรรมซึ่งสะท้อนถึงอัตลักษณ์ของพื้นที่ โดยนำ “วัฒนธรรม” มาเป็นเครื่องมือในการขับเคลื่อนการท่องเที่ยว เพิ่มคุณค่าและความน่าสนใจให้แก่แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเดิม ตลอดจนสร้างมิติใหม่ที่ช่วยเสริมศักยภาพของจังหวัดชลบุรี ให้เป็นจังหวัดท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมที่สร้างสรรค์ ควบคู่ไปกับชื่อเสียงในฐานะเมืองท่องเที่ยวระดับนานาชาติ สิ่งที่ทำให้เมืองพัทยามีเอกลักษณ์พิเศษ คือความหลากหลาย ที่ผสมผสานกันอย่างกลมกลืน ทั้งธรรมชาติอันงดงาม วิถีชีวิตชุมชนที่อบอุ่น ภูมิปัญญาและศิลปวัฒนธรรมที่สืบทอดมาอย่างยาวนาน และความทันสมัยของเมืองที่ไม่หยุดนิ่ง การจัดงานมหกรรมครั้งนี้จึงเป็นเหมือน “เวทีแห่งการเชื่อมโยง” ที่ทำให้นักท่องเที่ยวทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์ที่ลึกซึ้งกว่าการท่องเที่ยวทั่วไป นั่นคือการได้เรียนรู้รากเหง้าและจิตวิญญาณของชาวชลบุรีและพัทยา ผ่านกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์หลากหลายรูปแบบ เชื่อมั่นว่าการรวมพลังของทุกภาคส่วนในวันนี้จะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่สำคัญในการต่อยอดเศรษฐกิจเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ช่วยเสริมรายได้แก่ชุมชน ในท้องถิ่น และยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน ขณะเดียวกันยังเป็นการรักษาและสืบทอดมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมให้คงอยู่คู่เมืองพัทยาและจังหวัดชลบุรีสืบไปอย่างยั่งยืน และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าทุกท่านจะได้รับความสุข ความประทับใจ และแรงบันดาลใจกลับไป พร้อมทั้งจะได้กลับมาเยือนเมืองพัทยาอีกครั้ง เพื่อสัมผัสเสน่ห์และความงดงามที่มีให้ค้นหาอยู่เสมอ
