Pattaya Hospitality Show 2025: A Grand Food and Beverage Expo Opens Platform for Hospitality Business Connections in Pattaya
September 23rd 2025 at the Brighton Grand Hotel & Convention Pattaya in Chonburi Province, the “Pattaya Hospitality Show 2025,” a major food and beverage exposition, officially opened its doors to participants from various sectors. The event was graced by Mr. Poramet Ngampichet, Mayor of Pattaya City, who delivered a welcoming speech alongside other city executives.
Ms. Morakot Kuladilok, President of the Eastern Chapter of the Thai Hotels Association, spoke about the objective of the event to foster collaboration and connect hospitality-related businesses in the region. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Wittaya Khunpluem, President of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO), and was attended by key representatives including the District Chief of Banglamung, the Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Pattaya Office, heads of various associations, and entrepreneurs in the hotel, restaurant, and beverage industries across Eastern Thailand.
The event also featured over 18 special competitions such as the Bartender Contest, Professional Chef Cooking Competition, Floral Arrangement Contest, and Traditional Thai Massage Contest. A special honorary plaque was presented to Khun Mae Pranee Pitaktham, President of the Eastern Housekeeping Executives Club, in recognition of her significant contributions to the hospitality industry.
This event serves as an important platform for networking in the hospitality sector, aiming to promote collaboration among local entrepreneurs while showcasing new products that attract both tourists and business professionals. It also emphasizes the continuous development of human resources in the tourism sector, contributing to the growth of Pattaya’s tourism and service industries.
Mr. Poramet Ngampichet, Mayor of Pattaya, highlighted the significance of the event:

23 ก.ย. 2568 ณ โรงแรม Brighton Grand Hotel & Convention Pattaya จังหวัดชลบุรี, งาน “Pattaya Hospitality Show 2025” มหกรรมอาหารและเครื่องดื่มสุดยิ่งใหญ่ที่จัดขึ้นในเมืองพัทยา ได้เปิดเวทีต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงานจากหลากหลายภาคส่วน โดยมี นายปรเมศวร์ งามพิเชษฐ์ นายกเมืองพัทยา เข้าร่วมและกล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน พร้อมคณะผู้บริหารเมืองพัทยา
ในการนี้ นางสาวมรกต กุลดิลก นายกสมาคมโรงแรมไทยภาคตะวันออก กล่าวถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดงาน เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือและเชื่อมโยงธุรกิจการบริการในพื้นที่ โดยมี นายวิทยา คุณปลื้ม นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี (อบจ.ชลบุรี) เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด และมีผู้เข้าร่วมสำคัญจากหลากหลายภาคส่วน อาทิ นายอำเภอบางละมุง, ผู้อำนวยการการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย สำนักงานพัทยา, นายกสมาคมต่างๆ และผู้ประกอบการในอุตสาหกรรมโรงแรม ร้านอาหาร และเครื่องดื่มจากทั่วภาคตะวันออก
ภายในงานยังได้จัดการแข่งขันสุดพิเศษกว่า 18 รายการ อาทิ Bartender Contest, การแข่งขันปรุงอาหารจากเชฟมืออาชีพ, การแข่งขันจัดดอกไม้ และการแข่งขันนวดไทย รวมทั้งได้มีการมอบโล่เกียรติยศให้แก่ คุณแม่ปราณี พิทักษ์ธรรม ประธานชมรมผู้บริหารงานแม่บ้านภาคตะวันออก ในฐานะผู้สนับสนุนสำคัญในวงการการบริการ งานนี้ถือเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการเชื่อมโยงธุรกิจในอุตสาหกรรมการบริการ ซึ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่ และการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆ ที่สามารถดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวและผู้ที่สนใจในธุรกิจนี้ โดยมุ่งหวังส่งเสริมการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวและบริการในพื้นที่พัทยา พร้อมทั้งสนับสนุนการพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการท่องเที่ยวอย่างต่อเนื่อง
นายปรเมศวร์ นายกเมืองพัทยา กล่าวถึงความสำคัญของงานนี้ว่า “พัทยาเป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวที่มีศักยภาพสูงและพร้อมเดินหน้าอย่างยั่งยืน ผ่านความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน งาน Pattaya Hospitality Show 2025 นับเป็นเวทีสำคัญที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ประกอบการได้แสดงศักยภาพ เชื่อมโยงธุรกิจ และแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมการบริการ ซึ่งถือเป็นหัวใจสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจของเมืองพัทยา หวังว่า งานในครั้งนี้จะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของความร่วมมือที่ยั่งยืน และช่วยส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ของพัทยาในฐานะเมือง MICE และจุดหมายปลายทางด้านท่องเที่ยวระดับโลก”
