Pattaya City Officials Visit Community to Donate Wheelchairs and Adult Diapers to Bedridden Patients, Supporting the “Better Pattaya” Initiative
On September 11th 2025 at Soi Arunothai, Mr. Wuttisak Roemkitkan, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya City, together with Mr. Wisan Phettrakun, Vice Chairman of the Pattaya City Council, Mr. Banjong Bandhunprayuk, City Council Member, Mr. Ekapraphu Ekasing, Assistant Secretary to the Council Chairman, medical staff from Pattaya City Hospital, and relevant officials, visited the community to donate wheelchairs and adult diapers to two bedridden patients.
The activity was organized by the Pattaya City Public Health and Environment Office under the “Healthy Living, Happy Life” project for fiscal year 2025. The project supports the “Better Pattaya” initiative, aligning with Goal 2: “Improving Quality of Life, Addressing Flooding and Environmental Issues”, and Policy 7: “Health Teams Reach Every Area – Doctors at Home, Nurses at Your Doorstep.”
The recipients of this support were:
Mrs. Kimlai Phunim, 90 years old, bedridden due to muscle weakness, who received a wheelchair and 4 packs of adult diapers.
Mrs. Suan Prom-on, 86 years old, also bedridden, who received a wheelchair, 4 packs of adult diapers, and a relief package containing essential consumer goods from Pattaya City Council members of Zone 3 to help ease her immediate difficulties.
Mr. Wuttisak emphasized that Pattaya City places high importance on caring for bedridden patients. The city continues to promote proactive healthcare services, helping improve patients’ mobility, reduce caregiver burdens, and increase accessibility to medical care across all areas.

เมื่อวันที่ 11 กันยายน 2568 ที่ บริเวณภายในซอยอรุโณทัย นาย วุฒิศักดิ์ เริ่มกิจการ รองนายกเมืองพัทยา พร้อมด้วย วิศัลย์ เพ็ชรตระกูล รองประธานสภาเมืองพัทยา นายบรรจง บัณฑูรประยุกต์ สมาชิกสภาเมืองพัทยาพ้อมคณะ นายเอกประภู เอกะสิงห์ ผู้ช่วยเลขานุการประธานสภาเมืองพัทยา คณะแพทย์จาก โรงพยาบาลเมืองพัทยา และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมลงพื้นที่ส่งมอบรถเข็นวิลแชร์และผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่แก่ผู้ป่วยติดเตียงจำนวน 2 ราย
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดโดย สำนักสาธารณสุขและสิ่งแวดล้อม เมืองพัทยา ภายใต้โครงการ “สุขภาพดีมีสุข” ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 เพื่อขับเคลื่อนตามนโยบาย “Better Pattaya” โดยสอดรับกับเป้าหมายที่ 2 “ยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตคนพัทยา แก้ปัญหาน้ำท่วมและสิ่งแวดล้อม” และนโยบายที่ 7 “ทีมสุขภาพเข้าถึงทุกพื้นที่ หมอถึงบ้าน พยาบาลถึงเรือน”
ผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการช่วยเหลือ ได้แก่
นางกิมไล้ ภู่นิ่ม อายุ 90 ปี ป่วยติดเตียงด้วย กล้ามเนื้ออ่อนแรง ได้รับรถเข็นวิลแชร์และผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่ 4 แพ็ค
นางสวน พรมอ่อน อายุ 86 ปี ป่วยติดเตียง ได้รับรถเข็นวิลแชร์และผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่ 4 แพ็ค พร้อมถุงยังชีพเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภคจากสมาชิกสภาเมืองพัทยา เขต 3 เพื่อบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนเบื้องต้น
นายวุฒิศักดิ์ เปิดเผยว่า เมืองพัทยาให้ความสำคัญกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยติดเตียงมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพเชิงรุก ช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยเคลื่อนย้ายได้สะดวก ลดภาระของผู้ดูแล และเพิ่มโอกาสในการเข้าถึงการรักษาได้อย่างทั่วถึง
