A vibrant new dining destination by Jomtien Beach Pattaya
On August 29th 2025, Pattaya Marriott Resort and Spa proudly unveils Goji Kitchen Grill & Bar, its new signature all-day dining destination.
The event was presided over by Mr. Michael Hogan General Manager – Pattaya Marriott Resort and Spa. Executive Chef; Marcello Piacentini shared insights into the restaurant and its offerings, while Ms. Alisa Ngamsanga, Assistant Director of PR & Marcom, warmly welcomed members of media. The launch event featured fun activities including a “Chef Introduction,” interactive games, and a blind tasting challenge. Guests also enjoyed a selection of signature dishes and beverages from the restaurant.
Located on Level 1, Goji Kitchen Grill & Bar brings the vibrant energy of a culinary marketplace to life, featuring open kitchens, live cooking stations, and a contemporary yet inviting design. Ideal for family gatherings, social occasions, or relaxed meals, the restaurant offers a bountiful breakfast buffet, à la carte lunch and dinner showcasing Thai and pan-Asian specialties alongside international favorites, and a dinner buffet on select days.
Guests can savor signature highlights including the Goji Wagyu Beef Noodles, Gaeng Kua Poo Bai Cha Poo, Goji Smash Burger, 60 Days Dry Aged Prime Beef, and Palm Sugar Pie.
Every weekend, Goji Kitchen + Bar comes alive with its Weekend Dinner Buffet, featuring over 80 indulgent items. Guests can feast on premium selections such as four varieties of imported oysters, freshly smoked meats, seafood grilled to perfection on the Parrilla open grill, and local delicacies from Chonburi, delivering a true taste of the region. The Weekend Dinner Buffet is available every Friday and Saturday from 18:00 to 22:00 hrs.
With 128 seats indoors and outdoors, Goji Kitchen Grill & Bar invites guests to dine in comfort while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze and views of the resort’s lush gardens. The restaurant is open daily from 06:30 to 22:00 hrs.
