เยาวชนกว่า 200 คน ร่วมกิจกรรม “กองทุนแม่ของแผ่นดิน” ที่ชุมชนชุมสายพัทยากลาง สร้างภูมิคุ้มกันห่างไกลยาเสพติด
เมื่อวันที่ 22 กรกฎาคม 2568 ที่ชุมชนชุมสายพัทยากลาง ได้มีการจัดกิจกรรม “กองทุนแม่ของแผ่นดิน แก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด ผู้นำเยาวชนรวมพลังสร้างความสามัคคี ห่างไกลยาเสพติด” โดยมีเยาวชนนักเรียนระดับมัธยมปลายในสังกัดเทศบาลตำบลบางเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวนกว่า 200 คน รวมถึงภาคีเครือข่ายและเจ้าหน้าที่จากหลายหน่วยงานเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดอย่างครบวงจร ตามแนวทางยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ
ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก นายบรรจง บัณฑูรประยุกต์ สมาชิกสภาเมืองพัทยา,พ.ต.อ.เอนก สระทองอยู่ ผกก.สภ.เมืองพัทยา สั่งการให้ พ.ต.ต.พราว อ่อนโสม สวป.(ชส.) สภ.เมืองพัทยา ร.ต.ท.ทองอินทร์ ปัญญานาม รอง สวป.สภ.เมืองพัทยา พร้อมชุดปฏิบัติการตำบลบำบัดอย่างยั่งยืน, นางสาวรัศมี สุขสุเพิ่ม ผู้ประสานงานชุมชนชุมสาย, นางกัญฐณา พรชัย ประธานชุมชนซอยกอไผ่ รวมถึงเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจและอาสาสมัครตำรวจชุมชน สภ.เมืองพัทยา เข้าร่วมและให้การสนับสนุนกิจกรรมอย่างใกล้ชิด
โครงการ “ค่ายผู้นำเยาวชนรวมพลังสร้างความสามัคคี” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเยาวชนให้มีทักษะในการอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ส่งเสริมความรัก ความสามัคคีในหมู่คณะ เสริมสร้างภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับพิษภัยของยาเสพติด รวมถึงแนวทางการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดในสถานศึกษาและชุมชนอย่างถูกต้อง โดยทีมวิทยากรจากชุดปฏิบัติการตำบลบำบัดอย่างยั่งยืน สภ.เมืองพัทยา เป็นผู้บรรยายให้ความรู้ตลอดโครงการ
นอกจากนี้ยังมีการบูรณาการความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและเอกชน ภายใต้แนวคิด “ชุมชนดูแลชุมชน” โดยมีการจัดอบรมและแบ่งกลุ่มสอนอาชีพจากกองทุนแม่ชุมชนชุมสาย และกองทุนแม่ชุมชนซอยกอไผ่ อาทิ การทำเหรียญโปรยทาน, ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำยาอเนกประสงค์, ลิปบิ้นพวงมาลัยดอกไม้, ปลูกผักสวนครัว ผลิตภัณฑ์ สินค้าท้องถิ่น และอื่นๆ ฯลฯ เพื่อสร้างงาน สร้างอาชีพอย่างยั่งยืนในชุมชน และช่วยเหลือผู้เสพซึ่งถือเป็นผู้ป่วย ให้ได้รับการบำบัดและกลับคืนสู่สังคมในฐานะพลเมืองที่มีคุณค่า
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายเยาวชนที่เข้มแข็ง พร้อมเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนสังคมให้ห่างไกลจากยาเสพติดอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
Over 200 youths participated in the “Mother of the Land Fund” activity at Chumsai community in Central Pattaya to build resilience and stay away from drugs.
On July 22, 2025, the “Mother of the Land Fund: Combating Drug Problems through Youth Leadership and Unity” event was held at the Chumsai Community in Central Pattaya. The event brought together over 200 high school students from the Bang Mueang Subdistrict Municipality in Samut Prakan Province, along with network partners and officials from various agencies. The goal was to collectively promote a comprehensive approach to tackling drug issues in line with the national strategic framework.
The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Banjong Bandhoonprayuk, a member of the Pattaya City Council, and Pol. Col. Anake Srathongyu, Superintendent of Pattaya City Police Station, who delegated Pol. Lt. Col. Prow Onsom, Deputy Inspector (Patrol Division), and Pol. Sub. Lt. Thong-in Panyanam, Assistant Inspector, along with the Sustainable Subdistrict Rehabilitation Task Force. Also in attendance were Ms. Ratsamee Suksuaperm, Chumsai Community Coordinator; Ms. Kanthana Pornchai, Chairwoman of Soi Korpai Community; as well as officers and community police volunteers from the Pattaya City Police Station, all of whom actively supported the event.
The “Youth Leadership Camp: United for Harmony” project aims to develop young people with the skills to live together creatively in society. It promotes love, unity, leadership qualities, and understanding of the dangers of drug abuse, as well as proper methods for preventing and addressing drug-related issues in schools and communities. The program included educational sessions delivered by instructors from the Sustainable Subdistrict Rehabilitation Task Force of Pattaya City Police Station.
In addition, the project integrated cooperation between public and private sectors under the concept “Community Caring for Community.” Vocational training workshops were provided through the Mother of the Land Funds from the Chumsai and Soi Korpai communities. These included activities such as making ceremonial coin garlands, producing multi-purpose cleaning products, crafting ribbon floral garlands, growing kitchen gardens, and creating local products offering sustainable livelihood opportunities for community members. The project also emphasized helping drug users, recognized as patients, to receive treatment and reintegrate into society as valuable citizens.This initiative marks another significant step in building a strong youth network, ready to play a key role in driving the community toward a drug-free future in a sustainable way.
