PFBE hosts the ‘Mixo & Wine Butler Training and Upskill 2025 to elevate and professionalize the skills of young talents in the food and beverage (F&B) sector.
On July 17th 2025 at Sawangboriboon Technical College Pattaya, the Professional Food & Beverage Executives Eastern Chapter of Thailand (PFBE) in collaboration with both public and private sector partners organized the “Mixo & Wine Butler Training and Upskill 2025 New Gen” event. The initiative aims to elevate professional skills in mixology and wine service (Wine Butler) under the concept of developing youth and new-generation personnel in the hospitality industry.
The event began at 9:30 AM and continued until 12:30 PM with a “Mixologist Training” session conducted by professional trainers from 5-star hotels, who shared creative drink-mixing techniques. This was followed by “Wine Service & Wine Tasting” training led by expert sommeliers, offering both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice.
In the afternoon session from 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM, the event featured intense competitions, including:
Wine Butler Competition showcasing professional-level wine service skills
Mixologist Chonburi Local Signature Competition where participants crafted original beverages using local ingredients from Chonburi province.
The event received overwhelming interest from students, entrepreneurs, and professionals in the food and beverage (F&B) industry. An exhibition zone was also featured, showcasing a variety of related products such as wine, spirits, syrups, bar tools and various types of glassware. Participants had the opportunity to explore and sample products firsthand, as well as engage directly with producers and suppliers.
Mr. Pijit Intaramab, a member of the PFBE Association, stated: “This event not only enhances professional skills but also serves as a platform to inspire young people and new-generation professionals in the hospitality industry. It opens up their worldview, allows them to learn from real experiences and prepares them to step confidently into their careers as true professionals.

Wine Butler Competition 1st Place: Mr. Surawat Kalapakdee (Mean) from La Roma Restaurant, Pattaya
This high-quality event was made possible with strong support from Sawangboriboon Technical College Pattaya, the Eastern Chapter of the Thai Hotels Association, Long Beach Hotel and several leading national beverage and barware brands. It marks a significant step forward in advancing Thailand’s food and beverage industry toward international standards.

วันที่ 17 กรกฎาคม 2568 ที่วิทยาลัยเทคนิคสว่างบริบูรณ์ พัทยา สมาคมผู้บริหารงานอาหารและเครื่องดื่มมืออาชีพ ภาคตะวันออกแห่งประเทศไทย (PFBE) ร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน จัดกิจกรรม “Mixo & Wine Butler Training and Upskill 2025 New Gen” มุ่งยกระดับทักษะด้านการผสมเครื่องดื่ม (Mixologist) และการบริการไวน์ (Wine Butler) อย่างมืออาชีพ ภายใต้แนวคิดการพัฒนาเยาวชนและบุคลากรรุ่นใหม่ในสายงาน Hospitality
กิจกรรมเริ่มขึ้นตั้งแต่เวลา 09.30 – 12.30 น. ด้วยการอบรม “Mixologist Training” โดยวิทยากรมืออาชีพจากโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาว ถ่ายทอดเทคนิคการผสมเครื่องดื่มอย่างสร้างสรรค์ และ “Wine Service & Wine Tasting” โดยซอมเมอลิเยร์มืออาชีพที่ให้ความรู้ครบทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ
ช่วงบ่ายเวลา 13.30 – 21.00 น. มีการแข่งขันสุดเข้มข้น ได้แก่
การแข่งขัน Wine Butler การบริการไวน์แบบมือโปร
การแข่งขัน Mixologist Chonburi Local Signature ที่ผู้เข้าแข่งขันต้องสร้างสรรค์เครื่องดื่มจากวัตถุดิบท้องถิ่นของจังหวัดชลบุรี
กิจกรรมได้รับความสนใจอย่างมากจากนักเรียน นักศึกษา ผู้ประกอบการ และบุคลากรในสายงานอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม โดยภายในงานยังเปิดโซนบูธแสดงสินค้าและผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิ ไวน์ เหล้า น้ำเชื่อม อุปกรณ์บาร์ และแก้วเครื่องดื่มต่าง ๆ เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ร่วมงานได้ทดลองสินค้าและพบปะกับผู้ผลิตโดยตรง
นายพิจิตร อินทรมาบ สมาชิกสมาคม PFBE เผยว่า “งานนี้ไม่เพียงยกระดับทักษะวิชาชีพ แต่ยังเป็นเวทีสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้เยาวชนและบุคลากรรุ่นใหม่ในสาย Hospitality ได้เปิดโลกทัศน์ เรียนรู้จากของจริง และพร้อมก้าวสู่อาชีพอย่างมืออาชีพ”

งานในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นอย่างมีคุณภาพ พร้อมการสนับสนุนจาก วิทยาลัยเทคนิคสว่างบริบูรณ์ พัทยา สมาคมโรงแรมไทยภาคตะวันออก โรงแรม Long Beach รวมถึงแบรนด์เครื่องดื่มและอุปกรณ์ชื่อดังระดับประเทศ นับเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและเครื่องดื่มไทยสู่มาตรฐานสากล
