Pattaya International Pride Festival2025: United for Equality, Adding Color to Pattaya under the Theme Celebration
On June 28th 2025, Mr. Poramet Ngampiches, Mayor of Pattaya, warmly welcomed participants to Pattaya International Pride 2025. He was joined by Pattaya city executives, Bang Lamung District Chief, representatives from the Sisters Foundation, Central Pattaya Shopping Mall, and allied networks. The opening ceremony was chaired by Mr. Chakrapol Tangsutthitham, Assistant Minister of Tourism and Sports, held at the G Floor Sunken Plaza, Central Pattaya Shopping Mall, Chonburi Province.
Pattaya City in collaboration with the Sisters Foundation organized the 7th annual Pattaya International Pride 2025 from June 27-29. The event aims to benefit society by developing exemplary friendly services that meet the needs of transgender individuals and the LGBTQ+ community, promoting happiness and quality of life based on human rights principles. The initiative elevates Pattaya as a world-class LGBTQ+ friendly destination.
On this day, the Mayor of Pattaya led city officials, government agencies, civil society and all network partners in a grand Pride Parade, starting from Central Marina and ending at Central Pattaya. The parade was filled with smiles of pride and joy. The event featured performances by diverse artists and creative activities advocating for human rights and equality. This festival plays a key role in attracting both Thai and international tourists, aligning with the “Better Pattaya” policy aimed at promoting continuous and sustainable tourism development.

วันที่ 28 มิ.ย. 2568 นายปรเมศวร์ งามพิเชษฐ์ นายกเมืองพัทยา กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงานงาน Pattaya International Pride 2025 ในฐานะพ่อเมือง พร้อมด้วย คณะผู้บริหารเมืองพัทยา นายอำเภอบางละมุง ผู้แทนจากมูลนิธิซิสเตอร์ และผู้แทนจากศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัลพัทยา และภาคีเครือข่าย โดยมีนายจักรพล ตั้งสุทธิธรรม ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา เป็นประธานในพิธี ณ บริเวณ ชั้น G ลาน ซันเคน ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัลพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี
เมืองพัทยา ร่วมกับมูลนิธิซิสเตอร์ กำหนดจัดงาน Pattaya International Pride 2025 ปีที่ 7 ระหว่างวันที่ 27-29 มิ.ย. นี้ เพื่อทำประโยชน์แก่สังคม พัฒนาต้นแบบบริการที่เป็นมิตร ตอบสนองความต้องการของสาวประเภทสองและผู้ที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศให้มีความสุขและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีตามหลักสิทธิมนุษยชน ยกระดับพัทยาให้เป็นจุดหมายปลายทางที่เป็นมิตรต่อ LGBTQ+ ระดับโลก
สำหรับวันนี้ นายกเมืองพัทยา นำคณะผู้บริหารเมืองพัทยา หน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคประชาชน จากทุกภาคีเครือข่าย เข้าร่วมเดินขบวน Pride Parade สุดยิ่งใหญ่ โดยขบวนเริ่มต้น ณ บริเวณเซ็นทรัลมารีน่า และสิ้นสุดที่เซ็นทรัลพัทยา บรรยากาศเต็มไปด้วยรอยยิ้มแห่งความภาคภูมิใจ ทั้งนี้ยังมีเวทีการแสดงจากศิลปินหลากหลาย กิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์เพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชนและความเท่าเทียม พร้อมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการผลักดันให้งานดังกล่าวกลายเป็นกิจกรรมสำคัญที่สามารถดึงดูดทั้งนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติ สอดคล้องกับนโยบาย “Better Pattaya” ที่มุ่งส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวอย่างต่อเนื่องและยั่งยืน
