Pattaya City Hosts 2025 Skateboarding Competition to Promote Youth Development and Sports Tourism
On June 28th 2025, Mr. Krisana Boonsawat, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya City presided over the opening ceremony, awards presentation and closing ceremony of the Pattaya Skateboarding Competition 2025, held at the sports ground under the Bali Hai overpass in Chonburi Province. The event was also attended by executives from Pattaya City, members of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization Council, and other relevant officials. Organized by the Tourism and Sports Bureau of Pattaya City, the event aimed to strengthen unity among participants, promote physical well-being among youth and the general public, and provide opportunities for local skateboarders to gain valuable experience by competing with athletes of various levels.
The competition also reflects Pattaya’s ongoing commitment to developing as a Sport City, fostering youth engagement in sports, and enhancing the city’s appeal as a destination for sports tourism.
The competition featured a total of six categories, including:
1. High Ollies 2. Kickflip Long Ollies 3. Skate Jam 4. Ramp Jam 5. Best Trick (Amateur) 6. Best Trick (Open)
Following the conclusion of each event, executives from Pattaya City presented awards and extended their congratulations to outstanding athletes. The atmosphere was filled with smiles, friendship, and the vibrant energy of youth.This event not only showcased the talent and spirit of the participating athletes but also reinforced Pattaya’s image as a leading Sport City and a dynamic destination for sports tourism.
การแข่งขันสเกตบอร์ดเมืองพัทยา ประจำปี 2568 ส่งเสริมเยาวชน – สร้าง Sport City – หนุนการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬา
วันที่ 28 มิ.ย. 2568 นายกฤษณะ บุญสวัสดิ์ รองนายกเมืองพัทยา เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด มอบรางวัลและพิธีปิดการแข่งขันสเกตบอร์ดเมืองพัทยา ประจำปี 2568 พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารเมืองพัทยา สมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ณ ลานกีฬาใต้สะพานต่างระดับแหลมบาลีฮาย จังหวัดชลบุรี
เมืองพัทยา โดยสำนักการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา จัดโครงการแข่งขันสเกตบอร์ดเมืองพัทยา ประจำปี 2568 เพื่อสร้างความสามัคคีในหมู่คณะสร้างเสริมพลานามัยที่ดีแก่เยาวชนและประชาชนทั่วไป เพื่อสร้างโอกาสให้นักกีฬาสเกตบอร์ดของเมืองพัทยาได้ประสบการณ์จากการแข่งขันกับนักกีฬาในทุกระดับอย่างต่อเนื่อง
โดยมีการแข่งขันทั้งหมด 6 ประเภท ได้แก่
1. High Ollies 2. Kickflip Long Ollies 3. Skate Jam 4. Ramp Jam 5. Best Trick (Amateur) 6. Best Trick (Open)
หลังจบการแข่งขันในแต่ละประเภท คณะผู้บริหารเมืองพัทยา มอบรางวัล และร่วมแสดงความยินดี ให้กับนักกีฬาที่มีผลงานยอดเยี่ยม บรรยากาศเต็มไปด้วยรอยยิ้มแห่งมิตรภาพและพลังบวกของเยาวชน นับว่าเป็นการส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ของเมืองพัทยาในด้านการเป็นเมืองกีฬา (Sport City) และการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬา (Sport Tourism)
