BCCT organizes the EECIBA Awards Ceremony to honor outstanding entrepreneurs and individuals who have made significant contributions to society, featuring a special keynote address by the Secretary-General of the Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO)
On June 25th 2025 at Pullman Pattaya G Hotel, the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT) hosted the inaugural BCCT Eastern Economic Corridor International Business Awards (EECIBA). The event was honored by a special keynote address from Dr. Chula Sukmanop, Secretary-General of the Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO). Dr. Chula shared in-depth insights into the future direction of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) project and its crucial role in driving economic and business development in the provinces of Chonburi, Rayong, and Chachoengsao. His address drew keen interest from Thai and international businesspeople, investors, and industry representatives in attendance.
Following the keynote address, the EECIBA Awards Ceremony was held to recognize high-potential young entrepreneurs, as well as individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to society and the region. Awardees were honored across a range of categories, reflecting the diversity and strength of the business community within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
The event was filled with a warm and lively atmosphere, featuring vibrant networking among industry leaders from various sectors. Guests enjoyed a four-course international dinner, accompanied by free-flow wine, beer, and soft drinks. This inaugural EECIBA event marked a significant milestone in promoting collaboration and business growth within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). It also reaffirmed BCCT’s vital role in supporting both international and Thai businesses in advancing sustainably into the future.

วันที่ 25 มิถุนายน 2568 ณ โรงแรมพูลแมน พัทยา จี สมาคมการค้าอังกฤษในประเทศไทย (BCCT) ได้จัดงาน BCCT Eastern Economic Corridor International Business Awards (EECIBA) ขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรก โดยภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร. จุฬา สุคนธมาน เลขาธิการสำนักงานเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (สกพอ.) เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายพิเศษดร. จุฬา ได้แบ่งปันมุมมองเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับทิศทางในอนาคตของโครงการเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) และบทบาทสำคัญของโครงการฯ ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและภาคธุรกิจในจังหวัดชลบุรี ระยอง และฉะเชิงเทรา ท่ามกลางความสนใจจากนักธุรกิจ นักลงทุน และตัวแทนภาคอุตสาหกรรมทั้งไทยและต่างประเทศที่เข้าร่วมงานอย่างคับคั่ง
ภายหลังการบรรยาย ได้มีพิธีประกาศรางวัล EECIBA เพื่อยกย่องนักธุรกิจรุ่นใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพสูง รวมถึงบุคคลและองค์กรที่มีบทบาทในการสร้างประโยชน์ให้แก่สังคมและภูมิภาค โดยมีผู้ได้รับรางวัลหลากหลายสาขา สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความหลากหลายและความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนธุรกิจในพื้นที่เขต EEC
บรรยากาศภายในงานเต็มไปด้วยความชื่นมื่นและการแลกเปลี่ยนเครือข่ายทางธุรกิจจากผู้นำในอุตสาหกรรมต่าง ๆ พร้อมรับประทานอาหารค่ำแบบนานาชาติ 4 คอร์ส พร้อมเครื่องดื่มไวน์ เบียร์ และน้ำอัดลมแบบไม่อั้น
งาน EECIBA ครั้งแรก นี้นับเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือและการเติบโตของภาคธุรกิจในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก ตอกย้ำบทบาทของ BCCT ในการสนับสนุนธุรกิจต่างชาติและไทยให้ก้าวไปข้างหน้าอย่างยั่งยืน
