Pattaya Upgrades Area in Front of Pattaya City Sign with Stunning Blue Theme, Becomes New Photo Spot

On May 24th 2025, reporters visited the area near the entrance to Naval Radio Station 5 Pattaya after learning that Pattaya City had renovated the activity plaza in front of the iconic Pattaya City sign. The area has been transformed with a beautiful blue-themed design, creating a new check-in spot that’s attractive both day and night. The site has since attracted a steady stream of locals and tourists, both Thai and foreign, who come to enjoy the view and capture memorable photos.
The activity area in front of the “PATTAYA CITY” sign has been renovated with a bright blue surface, serving as a space for various events and a popular photo spot for tourists. This renovation not only enhances the beauty of Pattaya City but also strengthens its image as a world-class tourist destination. In addition, security cameras have been installed to provide tourists with a greater sense of safety.
The renovation of the “PATTAYA CITY” sign on Phra Tamnak Hill has been completed and was officially unveiled recently. The sign is now equipped with RGB LED lights that combine colors within a single diode, allowing for more vibrant and diverse lighting effects. This new lighting system is 50 times more colorful than the previous one and is controlled by an automated system that can change colors and patterns to match various festivals and special occasions. The light display runs daily, with the sign illuminated from 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM. A special light show takes place from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Mondays through Thursdays, and an additional show is held from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Fridays through Sundays.
In addition, observations by reporters have revealed that, despite it being the low season, a large number of tourists are still traveling to Koh Larn. This indicates that Koh Larn remains a popular destination for both Thai and international visitors. The island is especially attractive during the high season when the sea is clear and the weather is pleasant, making it ideal for relaxation and various marine activities.

เมื่อวันที่ 24 พ.ค. 68 ที่ บริเวณทางขึ้นเขา สทร. 5 ผู้สื่อข่าวลงพื้นที่หลังจากทราบว่าทางเมืองพัทยาได้มีการปรับปรุงลานกิจกรรมหน้าป้าย Pattaya City เขา สทร. 5 เป็นสีฟ้าสวยงามเป็นจุดเช็คอินแห่งใหม่ได้ทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน โดยพบว่ามีบรรดาประชาชนและนักท่องเที่ยวทั้งชาวไทยและต่างชาติเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวและถ่ายภาพเก็บภาพความประทับใจกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง
โดยลานกิจกรรมบริเวณหน้าป้าย “PATTAYA CITY” ได้รับการปรับปรุงให้มีพื้นสีฟ้าสดใส ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่สำหรับจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ และเป็นจุดเช็กอินถ่ายรูปยอดนิยมของนักท่องเที่ยวการปรับปรุงครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่เพิ่มความสวยงามให้กับเมืองพัทยา แต่ยังเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์ของเมืองท่องเที่ยวระดับโลก พร้อมทั้งติดกล้องวงจรปิดสร้างความมั่นใจแก่นักท่องเที่ยวอีกด้วย
และการปรับปรุงป้าย “PATTAYA CITY” บนเขาพระตำหนัก ที่แล้วเสร็จและเปิดตัวอย่างเป็นทางการในช่วงที่ผ่านมา โดยติดตั้งระบบไฟ LED RGB แบบรวมสีในหนึ่งเม็ด ซึ่งสามารถแสดงสีสันได้หลากหลายและสดใสยิ่งขึ้นระบบไฟใหม่นี้สามารถแสดงแสงสีได้มากกว่าเดิมถึง 50 เท่า และมีการควบคุมผ่านระบบอัตโนมัติที่สามารถเปลี่ยนสีและรูปแบบแสงได้ตามเทศกาลหรือวันสำคัญต่าง ๆการแสดงแสงสีของป้ายจะมีรอบการแสดงทุกวัน โดยเปิดไฟตั้งแต่เวลา 18.30 – 04.00 น. และมีโชว์แสงสีในช่วงเวลา 19.00 – 20.00 น. สำหรับวันจันทร์ – พฤหัสบดี และเพิ่มรอบเวลา 21.00 – 22.00 น. ในวันศุกร์ – อาทิตย์
นอกจากนี้จาการสังเกตุการของผู้สื่อข่าวยังพบว่าแม้เป็นช่วงโลซีซั่นแต่ยังมีนักท่องเที่ยวเดินทางไปเกาะล้านจำนวนมาก แสดงให้เห็นได้ว่าเกาะล้านยังคงเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางยอดนิยมสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวทั้งชาวไทยและต่างชาติ โดยเฉพาะในช่วงฤดูท่องเที่ยวที่น้ำทะเลใสและอากาศดี เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อนและทำกิจกรรมทางทะเลต่าง ๆ
