PCBTA held a meeting emphasizing environmental issues, development, economy and tourism

On May 21st 2025, Mr. Poramet Ngampichet, Mayor of Pattaya City, as the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Pattaya Business and Tourism Association (PCBTA), Chonburi Province, I participated in the association’s meeting together with Mr. Poompipat Kamonnat, Secretary to the Mayor of Pattaya City, heads of government departments, and relevant public and private sector agencies. The meeting was led by Ms. Chutima Jiramongkol, President of Pattaya Chonburi Business and Tourism Association, who presented detailed information and conducted the meeting in accordance with the scheduled agenda. The meeting was held at Sabai Sabana Hotel, Chonburi Province.
Pattaya Chonburi Business and Tourism Association (PCBTA) held its first annual general meeting for the year 2025.The meeting agenda covered several key topics, beginning with the introduction of the association’s executive committee. This was followed by a report on recent progress and ongoing project plans. Additionally, the meeting provided an opportunity to listen to feedback and concerns from attendees, aiming to serve as a mediator in resolving issues and improving collaboration among all sectors involved.
Mr. Poramet Ngampichet, Mayor of Pattaya City emphasized the important role of the Pattaya Business and Tourism Association (PCBTA) in reflecting the concerns and challenges faced by both the private sector and the general public. He highlighted the collaborative efforts made to address these issues, with a strong focus on environmental sustainability. He stressed the importance of raising public awareness and instilling environmentally responsible behavior, starting with proper waste separation practices. The mayor expressed his hope that the people of Pattaya will begin to see positive changes in urban development, economic growth, and tourism. These efforts also aim to build greater confidence among Pattaya’s business community and align with the city’s “Better Pattaya” policy an ongoing initiative to create a better and more sustainable Pattaya.
PCBTA จัดประชุุมเน้นย้ำเรื่องของสิ่งแวดล้อม พัฒนา เศรษฐกิจและการท่องเที่ยว
ช่วงบ่าย (21 พ.ค. 2568) นายปรเมศวร์ งามพิเชษฐ์ นายกเมืองพัทยา ในฐานะประธานที่ปรึกษาสมาคมนักธุรกิจและการท่องเที่ยวเมืองพัทยา ชลบุรี ร่วมประชุมสมาคมฯ พร้อมด้วยนายภูมิพิพัฒน์ กมลนาถ เลขานุการนายกเมืองพัทยา หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมีนางสาวชุติมา จิระมงคล นายกสมาคมนักธุรกิจ และการท่องเที่ยว เมืองพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี นำเสนอรายละเอียด พร้อมดำเนินการประชุมตามวาระต่างๆ ณ โรงแรมสบายซาบาน่า จังหวัดชลบุรี
ด้วยสมาคมนักธุรกิจและการท่องเที่ยวเมืองพัทยา ชลบุรี จัดประชุมสมาคมฯ ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2568 ครั้งที่ 1โดยมีระเบียบวาระการประชุม ในประเด็นต่างๆ เริ่มจากการแนะนำคณะกรรมการสมาคมฯ หลังจากนั้นเป็นการรายงานความคืบหน้าและแผนการดำเนินงานช่วงที่ผ่านมา พร้อมรับฟังความคิดเห็นข้อร้องเรียน เพื่อเป็นคนกลางในการดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาต่อไป
ด้านนายปรเมศวร์ นายกเมืองพัทยา กล่าวถึงบทบาทที่สำคัญ ของสมาคมฯ ที่ได้สะท้อนปัญหาต่างๆ ของภาคเอกชน ภาคประชาชน และร่วมกันแก้ไขปัญหาโดยเน้นย้ำเรื่องของสิ่งแวดล้อม การปลุกจิตสำนึก ปลูกฝังพฤติกรรมรักษ์โลก โดยเริ่มจากการคัดแยกขยะให้ถูกต้อง ซึ่งหวังว่าชาวพัทยาจะได้เห็นความเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งในเรื่องของการพัฒนา เศรษฐกิจและการท่องเที่ยว ตลอดจนสร้างความมั่นใจให้กับภาคธุรกิจของเมืองพัทยา สอดคล้องกับนโยบาย “Better Pattaya” ต่อยอด ต่อเนื่อง เพื่อเมืองพัทยาที่ดีขึ้น
