Rally Sailboat Festival Thailand Grand Year 2025

On May 17th 2025, Mr. Poramet Ngampichet, Mayor of Pattaya City assigned Mr. Wuttithorn Saengurai, a member of the Pattaya City Council to deliver a welcome speech to the event participants and to express support for the event’s organization. He was joined by Mr. Phongsathit Pichanan, Deputy Governor of Chonburi Province, and Mr. Sakon Phonlukuin, Deputy Chief Executive of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization. The event was officially opened by Mr. Krisada Tanterdtit, Secretary to the Minister of Tourism and Sports, who honored the occasion as the presiding officer. Mr. Kraisorn Chatlekwanich, President of the Chamber of Commerce, delivered a speech outlining the objectives of the event. The ceremony took place at Jomtien Beach in Chonburi Province. The Office of Tourism and Sports, in collaboration with the Yachting Association of Thailand and the Chonburi Chamber of Commerce, organized the “Rally Sailboat Festival Thailand Grand Year 2025”, scheduled to take place from May 17–18, 2025.
In addition to the sailboat races, the event features a wide range of entertainment activities, including a mini-concert by the band “ETC”. This festival serves as a key initiative to stimulate, promote, and elevate tourism in Thailand. It also aims to boost the tourism economy and enhance Pattaya’s image as both a Sports City and a hub for Sports Tourism, while promoting tourism in Pattaya City, Chonburi Province, and the country as a whole.

17 พ.ค. 2568 นายปรเมศวร์ งามพิเชษฐ์ นายกเมืองพัทยา มอบหมายนายวุฒิธร แสงอุไร สมาชิกสภาเมืองพัทยา กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงานและกล่าวถึงการสนับสนุนการจัดงาน พร้อมด้วยนายพงศ์ธสิษฐ์ ปิจนันท์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดชลบุรี นายสกน ผลลูกอินทร์ รองนายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยมีนายกฤษฎา ตันเทอดทิตย์ เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวเเละกีฬา ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานเปิดงานอย่างเป็นทางการ ซึ่งมีนายไกรสร ฉัตรเลขวนิช ประธานหอการค้า กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์ ณ บริเวณชายหาดจอมเทียน จังหวัดชลบุรี เมืองพัทยา โดยสำนักการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา ร่วมกับสมาคมกีฬาแข่งขันเรือใบแห่งประเทศไทยฯ และหอการค้าจังหวัดชลบุรี กำหนดจัดแข่งขันเรือใบ “Rally Sailboat Festival Thailand Grand Year 2025” ระหว่างวันที่ 17-18 พ.ค.นี้
โดยภายในงานนอกจากจะมีการแข่งขันแล้วยังมีกิจกรรมความบันเทิงมากมาย อาทิ การแสดงมินิคอนเสิร์ตจากวงดนตรี “ETC” นับว่าเป็นการกระตุ้นส่งเสริมและยกระดับการท่องเที่ยวในประเทศไทย และกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจด้านการท่องเที่ยวสร้างภาพลักษณ์ของเมืองพัทยาในด้านการเป็นเมืองกีฬา (Sports City) และการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬา (Sports Tourism) รวมทั้งส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวให้กับเมืองพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี และประเทศไทยในภาพรวม
