Pattaya City welcomed a delegation from the People’s Republic of China to discuss tourism cooperation.
In the afternoon of May 15th 2025 at Garden Cliff Hotel, Chonburi Province, Mr. Poramet Ngampichet, Mayor of Pattaya City, along with Mr. Phumipipat Kamonnat, Secretary to the Mayor of Pattaya, warmly welcomed Mr. Zhang Li Xin, Director of the Integrated Urban Administrative Law Enforcement Office of Pudong New Area, Shanghai, People’s Republic of China, and his delegation. The visit aimed to exchange knowledge and experiences on urban governance related to tourism, recognizing Pattaya’s strong potential and its comprehensive readiness as a tourism destination.
Mr. Poramet Ngampichet, Mayor of Pattaya, in his capacity as the city leader spoke about the overall profile of Pattaya. He emphasized that Pattaya is not only one of the top tourist destinations in Thailand, attracting visitors from around the world, but also offers a wide range of attractions including natural sites, family-oriented activities, cultural tourism, and a vibrant 24-hour lifestyle.
He highlighted that the city caters to all types of travelers with a seamless experience. Special emphasis was placed on safety and convenience, particularly the use of a real-time traffic monitoring system through CCTV cameras. These efforts align with the “Better Pattaya” policy, which aims to continuously improve the city toward sustainable tourism. He expressed his hope that all visitors to Pattaya would enjoy a safe, pleasant, and fulfilling experience and be inspired to return in the future.

ช่วงบ่าย (15 พ.ค. 2568) ณ โรงแรมการ์เด้น คลิฟ จังหวัดชลบุรี นายปรเมศวร์ งามพิเชษฐ์ นายกเมืองพัทยา พร้อมด้วยนายภูมิพิพัฒน์ กมลนาถ เลขานุการนานกเมืองพัทยา ให้การต้อนรับ Mr. จาง ลี่ ซิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบังคับใช้กฎหมายการบริหารการปกครองเมืองแบบบูรณาการ เขตผู่ตงใหม่ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน และคณะเพื่อร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนการบริหารจัดการการปกครองเกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยว ด้วยเล็งเห็นถึงศักยภาพของเมืองพัทยา ซึ่งมีความพร้อมแบบครบวงจร
นายปรเมศวร์ นายกเมืองพัทยา ในฐานะพ่อเมือง กล่าวถึงภาพรวมของเมืองพัทยา นอกจากจะเป็นเมืองท่องเที่ยวระดับต้นๆ เป็นจุดหมายปลายทางของนักท่องเที่ยวจากทั่วโลก มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวที่ดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยว ทั้งสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติ สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวแนวครอบครัว ท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม และยังเป็นเมืองที่สามารถท่องเที่ยวได้ 24 ชั่วโมง สามารถตอบรับทุกไลฟ์สไตล์การท่องเที่ยวได้อย่างลงตัว โดยเน้นย้ำเรื่องของความปลอดภัย ความสะดวกสบาย ด้วย ระบบกล้อง CCTV ในการรายงานสภาพการจราจร แบบ Real time สอดคล้องกับนโยบาย “Better Pattaya” ต่อยอด ต่อเนื่อง เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน และหวังว่าทุกคนที่เดินทางมาเยือนเมืองพัทยา จะได้รับความสะดวก ความสุข และความอุ่นใจ พร้อมกลับมาท่องเที่ยวอีกครั้ง
